The Week in Links (2/6-2/12)

Can anyone identify the manuscript in the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II (long may she reign) for 1988? I can't believe the caption left out the most important piece of information:

(I actually applied for a job with this project, knowing it was unlikely I would get it because they were legally bound to consider EU candidates before they could even look at the applications of non-EU candidates):
